GMT works directly with project owners, architects, and contractors in an advisory role. We can operate in capacity of an "Agency" Construction Manager where we are responsible exclusively to the owner and act in the interest of the owner throughout each stage of the development. Or, if the owner prefers, a GMT partner will work on a "At Risk" basis where, in addition to working with the owner and architect, throughout the planning stage of the project, a GMT partner also will guarantee a maximum cost after completion of plans and cost analysis.
