Employee Leasing *
In many industries such as shipping and construction, the requirements for different skills and different skill levels in the work force change often. In industries such as these, often it is beneficial for the company to enter into a co-employment agreement with GMT.

With this arrangement, GMT is the employer of record and is responsible for the "employment" side of the business. This includes responsibility and liability for the risk management, human resources, employment taxes, and labor law compliance. The client then continues with the responsibility of operating the "business" side of the company without the drain of Human Resources problems. The client company retains all the rights of hiring and firing and control of employees but has shifted the burden of employee acquisition and employment paper work to GMT.

You can still offer benefits to the employees of your choice without being penalized for high turnover sometimes experienced in the shipping and construction industries.
